12hour delay/ Train breaking down

Sunday 3 October 2015 I was travelling from Queenstown to Johannesburg , supposed time 1pm but the train was delayed and was scheduled to leave at 17:30 because there was an accident ( that I understand) . The train arrived at 17:45 we got in and departed but was moving very slow. 15minutes later the train stopped , we sat there not knowing whats happening nobody bothered to inform us why we stopped there . The train moved again but was not moving swiftly we had to sit down and not move because every few minutes it would shake us ,my child almost fell very badly. The train stopped made many stops between Queenstown and Molteno the longest one was from 3am till 12pm standing still. That is not accepatable there were sick old people in the train with no food and no water . Shosholoza Meyl is the worst ever.
