Worst service ever, ref CS***

I bought a tshirt for my nephew only to find out that it was small so I went back to the shop for an exchange, I was told that I was suppose to read thier exchange policy whilst no one told me to read a policy or tell me about that ridiculous policy so I ended up not getting some proper assistance, all they kept on saying was "they are well trained" yet I saw a lack of training when it's comes to dealing with customer complaints.
