Poor Service

Had a washing machine repaired in Jun 2022 by this business after the business owner advised us against replacing the machine and advised that his fix would give us another few years of good service. The repairs amounted to half of that of a new machine. On 3 January, the same noise re-appeared. After various requests from us to get them here just to see what is wrong, and various excuses why they can not come out yet, the owner advised us yesterday that his work is not guaranteed. He then promptly blocked us from his phone.
