***** Advert By Shortleft Tourism

I sow an advert on shortleft for Sun City Cabanas for R3800 weekend package. The agency was Gauteng Travels and I paid a deposit amount of R3800 which i have saved for my son’s Birthday get away. To my surprise when I call the angency it takes me to voice mail. I connected Shortleft to assist me but they say they are a marketing company there is nothing they can do. Shortleft is a big company and they advertise their brand and encourage South Africans to travel why do they allow ***** companies to post on their site. And they are the ones that needs to ensure our safety as clients. My sons birthday is on the 6th April why don’t they make a plan my needs are met because they are the once that allowed this ***** to occur. They should take full responsibility. Or refund me cause I have provided them with the proof of receipts and proof of the advert that I took from their site. Their Marketing is false for a big brand like them.
