Unauthorised refill deduction and no response to add with a refund

I bought keto gummies in October, then on the 24 of December 2023 this company processed a refill and deducted R3700 from my account without my authorisation or approved. I’ve sent them so many emails now they are ignoring me. I received one response saying that they will process my refund and they attached some form. The form is very useless as no currier company is able send ship without a physical address, I’ve requested the waybill as it’s required considering that the keto gummies are considered as medication and won’t be shipped back with the prescription even if it’s off the shelf. I am furious because I feel they have *******ly deducted my money and now ignor my emails and not supporting me with my refund.
