<div>I placed an order on 25 January 2024. When I enquired on the progress I was informed that delivery takes 3 to 4 weeks to South Africa. I was then informed that there was a problem with the delivery and that they would reship the order an email me a tracking number within 48 hours. That did not happen and I requested a refund. They responded by saying refunds are against their policy and if I don't receive a tracking number within 8 days they will refund me.</div>
