After being billed double for the same work Alan from S****line Maintenance has **** daily about refunding me. When I ask for proof of payment he keeps saying he'll send it when he gets back to his"office" the funny thing is that never happens. Then he blamed Standard bank for the problem so he said he would drop off the cash. Big surprise that hasn't been done either. 2 weeks after the first lie began. The most annoying part is he STILL hasn't fixed my gate that I actually paid him TWICE to do. My tenants safety is at risk because of this and he doesn't care. He doesn't do any of the work himself he outsourced everything on my house. Don't waste your money on Alan from S****line maintenance he is a ***** and a ****
