More than 4 months ago we contracted above company to do work at our home. We are pensioners, both in our late 70's. On referral of our neighbours (a guest house) we decided on above company. We paid a 60% deposit - the rest was only promises - we contacted his father, who, many times, said it is a family run business. His daughter did the Admin. The father told us he is seeing a debt relief offficer. Then they stopped answering their telephones, WhatsApp and emails. They do not operate from their company premises. Yesterday we heard of 3 more people having been *****ed. We have an idea where his father stays. It appears that they have a couple of companies, with the same " company registration number". His father told us 2 weeks ago, he is still working, but we do not know how to contact them. We have 3 companies with the same operators cell no's. Can people just carry on *****ing, lying and not be held responsible for their actions? It is disgusting! How does one stop them? How do you get your money back?
