Your order could take the whole year

I ordered a pair on the 4th of July and before ordering I asked how long will it take to deliver and I was told 16-21 days, today it's the 23rd of August and I still don't have my shoes. I had to purchase other shoes because of the function I was attending. My messages are not being responded to so basically I talk to myself. I could have just bought my shoes from Europa Art at the same price but I thought that I'm supporting a sister. Not sure when will I get my shoes but this will be the last time I buy from her
