Unreliable service delivery

I placed an order with Shopwgp last year in October, the shoes were small. I returned the pair for an exchange up until now I haven't received that pair. I kept on contacting them throughout 2025, without any positive response. Lately when I'm trying to call them, they don't pick up my calls, they don't even respond to my messages.
