**** ALERT order #1276

I placed an order for a pair of boots on 21 January 2026 with expected delivery within3 to 6 weeks. To date I have not received my order and after following up numerous times with no satisfactory results, I requested to cancel with a refund. I was told that I may not get a refund as it was custom made. To date I have not received anything and get no response via email or whatsapp. This company is a ****!
