BEWARE VENGA are ****mers
These people are pure ****mers - it's been more than 10 days since I paid for products in full and I have never received them.

26 Feb 2024, 12:56 To summarise : I ordered beverages on 14 February, paid in full and have never received them. Their shopping portal is ShopVenga and the person is Raymond but he is on a woman's number cell phone. I have been promised by a representative that they would arrive Friday 23rd finally after several emails all initiated by me and then when I state I did not receive it I get an email saying they don't have my number and courier tried to deliver - this is PURE FABRICATION as on the order my number is stated in TWO places. To make matters worse the email says I should contact the courier but doesn't supply their number nor weighbill reference ! Worst customer service/order processing experience - Took almost 2 weeks to get the goods. I wouldn't even have them were it not for me taking the initiative and bombarding the company and then the courier with messages. These products are simply not worth the aggro especially as there are several competitor products and those companies have a cooking clue unlike these ppl.
