Shopveganic Serum

This is by far the worst website I have ever had to buy from. I saw the ads on Instagram about the Veganic Serum from the website Shopveganic, and I went to the website and viewed the reviews and comments then I was convinced it was a legitimate page. On the 9th of December 2023 I ordered 2 bottles of the serum for $44,95. I received a confirmation email, order number and tracking number. When you check the shipping policy they state it takes 15 - 30 working days. So I kept checking the status of my package and a month later it did not change… long story short my parcel had arrived in SA and was in transit to be delivered to my address. But I still have not received my order, now the status is “expired”. I sent them an email enquiring about my parcel but I got no response.
