I have been waiting for 3 weeks for them to process a return, when their own policy states that returns are completed within 14 days, no updates about the reason for delays, even when I query- just continuously being asked “has it not been processed?” NO IT HAS NOT!

I find their lack of communication very disappointing and distasteful! I hate bad customer service!
