If you are not a celebrity, or influencer, don’t buy from SHOPTHETIMELINE!!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced via this online shop.

I bought a dress from them 30th of March 2023 and till to this day it has not been delivered. I have sent them tons of text on Instagram, the same channel which I have used to purchase the garment and I’m being ignored. The last time they ever rep**** to me which was last Monday was that it was being dispatched, when I asked for the tracking number/ waybill I got ignored.

All I want is a refund from them as the event I wanted to use the dress for has passed. I sent a text requesting for it and guess what I got blue-ticked/ignored.

I will be reporting this (company) to the national consumer commission.
