Place & paid for order - no delivery, no feedback!

I purchased 2 x push button lights on line from Shoptherapy, through All4women, made the eft payment, emailed confirmation of payment to them on 7 May. Delivery is supposed to be 5 days latest. On 18 May, I tried to phone the number on the website - just a long engaged signal. I sent an email, which landed up with healthspa's and was passed on to Carol at Shoptherapy, asking her to assist the client.
