Birthday gift disappointment and let down with shop.rosa_

I would just like to share my experience with a company called shop.rosa_ that i have ordered a gift for my girlfriend's birthday. The company is based johannesburg, they sell roses in boxes and in glass domes which i had ordered from them.

The rose dome that i ordered from shop.rosa_ had been delivered to me broken and damaged. I then contacted them and they told me they will send me a suede cylindrical box full off roses, even this was not delivered to me after continuous calling and messaging to the person in charge.

I eventually got through to this guy (blaine) and after a long chat over whatsapp of him giving me excuse after excuse he told me he will give me a full refund. I have still yet to recieve my refund.

The gift was ordered on the 13th of March 2018, recieved broken amd damaged on the 19th of March 2018. The guy (blaine) agreed to send me a suede cylindrical box full off roses before the 24th March 2018 which never reach me at all.

I have been ignored continuously and blocked off all their websites and pages so have all my friends and families that have posted the picture of the broken gift i have recieved from shop.rosa_

It was my girlfriend's 24th birthday and i wanted to give her a special gift but in turn ended up with no gift and no refund.
