Zero Grade of Service

<p>Just bought 6 Play energy drinks from the liquor store at the Yarona centre in Kaalfontein.</p> <p>Theres a R1 difference in price between what is on the shelf and the till. Zwelakhe, the manager addresses this by leaving R6 with the teller. </p> <p> </p> <p>Without addressing this or acknowledging the fact that he kept me waiting there. </p> <p> </p> <p>If if I had an alternative convinience story in this area, I would honestly never set foot in Shoprite, ever again. I'm not even surprised by the level of service I received, it's normal now. </p> <p> </p> <p>Please don't even call me, because this never addresses the problem or gives viable solutions.</p>
