At around 09:00 on the 30th May 2020 I went to Shoprite Kwa-thema square and had my balaclava on. To my surprise I was not allowed entry inside and was informed balaclava is not allowed, I then asked to see the law that stated so and there was none. Then Boitumelo Makitla the Manager informed me that it's her rule. I was unable to buy the essentials I needed for my family.
