I am very much saddened and disappointed by a service rendered at shoprite at Naledi(soweto) as i was given a bad attitude by a cashier called Joyce Kondile on saturday the 30th april 2022 i bought 2 x 2litres of sparletta soft drinks and asked her for a cash back of R200 since i was using a bank card her response towards me was “where do you expect me to get cash”😏 so i did not even bother trying to complain to the management because they are all the same as they also give bad attitude to customers this is my 3rd bad service from the same store since 2022 started that’s why i’ve decided to escalate the matter to hello peter.
