Xtra savings funeral benefit

My late sister qualified for the xtrasavings funeral benefit, unfortunately the selected beneficiary lost their phone with the contact number and the managers in lydenburg shoprite refuse to help us claim the benefit. They are not even interested in helping us resolve the matter.
