Xtra Savings facility not working

Was in Dawnpark for shopping and wanted to buy things that where special when using their Xtra savings card and their card facilities wasn't working and people had to buy with normal prices. For me it was so disappointing and it means that's false advertising. Wasted time to go to your shp because wanted to buy cheaper things and had limited budget.
