Xtra savings card

Shoprite South Africa I am so disappointed at your xtra savings card, bought antigua dark roast which was on sale for R89.99 and it did not get marked down and was charged R109,99, when i went to Shoprite Kuilsriver for a refund their rude manager Jerome Maarman told me he can’t help me , I must go back to the shoprite I bought from unless I have the item with there’s nothing he can do to help. The staff was also not willing to help , no one could help with a simple refund. Stop doing false adverti*****t if the xtra saving is not gonna work, while the item is advertised on the catalogue you expect the card to work but shoprite and it’s staff are ***********.
