Wrotten food

I bought bone today and when I got home they were rotten, I then went back to the store to report the issue and they service I got was shocking, they lady didn't even apologize she just went to the till and gave me my money back with an explanation or an apology, I mean how do u guys sell rotten food. Shopright ZOLA I will never shop there again.
