Wrong procuct

Good day.i went to shoprite southdale during the Red friday special .I purchased the full chicken .they put too much spice and the chicken after roasting it it was not frozen chicken i dont know what was that but it was as hard as a rock.My kids could not eat it.my dinner went wrong because there was no chicken to eat.im not happy at all.shoprite must stop all this and they dont even consider people heath.
