Wrong credit transaction

I was depositing money to my account at Giyani Masingita Plaza branch. Instead of crediting my account, the transaction debited my account. I’m told to wait 24hours. Since this transaction was not in my request or rendered my service

What I’m requesting now is to cancel the whole transaction and refund me. Since the service that I’m requesting is not successful. I wasn’t even advices about the charge fee of R19.95.
