Worst Shoprite Management

I bought an item of which a ten cent roundup eas supposed to be my change. The teller closed the teller closed the till witjout giviving me my ten cent change. I asked her formy change of which she eaid she dont have. I asked forher supervisor afyerwhich this teller get me ten cents from a makeshift money box kept under her till table. I insiste on the supervisor who refered me to manager. After explaining to her the incident, she promised me that would be given a feedback call regarding the incident.

A week gone by of which I never got heard anything from this shoprite which is in the Square Mall in Secunda. I went to the shop myself to enquire about the incident.

The manager of which i forgot the name,asiured me thwt their Branch manager would call me.

By tjis time i told her thqt it is nomoreabout the ten cents, but about the inntegrity of this part of the company. I showed the many the cooked food that turned very dry.

I also showed her the fubish that were laying around the floor.

This happened over a month ago. Twpdays from the writnig of this letter i went to Shoprite in question. I met with one of the managers and enquire about thie incident in question.

This managaer assired me that i will get a feedback callbut of of this happened. I was rather called three days after my meeting with shoprite in this week as in yesterday.

This shop manager don't care about my complaints nor have she done anything the about the telleer who kept my change in a *****ulant manner Today i want to freely say that this shop managers are apointed not on basis of their qualifications but rather on the basis of their skin color.

I told thismanager that if she can show me a Coloured, Indiqn and a White person wprking there in ashoprite than i would withdraw my statement.

She could not how me any one.

So my statement is not ******s but their employment procedure is.

Please note that this shop is based in a predominently historical white area.
