Worst services

I have never been so disappointed with shoprite langa during this lockdown as essential workers we knock off at work late knowing that shoprite closes at 18:00 the services we received this past two days is utterly no acceptable we got the shoppn 07/04/2020 17:15 and thay told us they were closed we then sent a compaint to shoprite south africa and we were told

"We are sorry to hear this as we aim to serve communities as well as essential workers efficiently during this time. Our stores trade from 07:00 to 18:00 during the duration of the lockdown and we can assure you that we will address this with the store."

We go back to the store the next day 08/04/2020 same time since we were promised and told that shoprite stores closes 18:00 and we get sent back again being told that the store is closed

We see that you do not care about your customers i have never seen such pathetic service from a big company Shoprite may just close down for all we care
