WORST SERVICE RECEIVED FROM LETICIA - CONTROLLER OR SUPERVISOR AT KHAYELITSHA MALL

I need some sort of URGENCY in this matter. I'm also taking it to Hellopeter. This morning I went to shoprite to buy stationery for my son as I was busy selecting all the items written on the stationery list I needed a Pencil Case and I saw one that was R34.99 and I took it to my surprise when we got to the till it was R69.99 and I told the lady at the till that where I took it was written R34.99 so she sent a packer to go and validate then the lady came back with the price tag and gave it to the teller, the teller asked the packer to to call the SUPERVISOR/CONTROLLER and her name is LETICIA she came with an attitude, didn't greet, she asked the teller what is the problem, the lady explained she started shouting like she speaking to her children, I responded... I'm waiting thinking she will honour or reduce the price ... She subtracted the item and took off without explaining what will happen as if she will pay for me. Regardless of what the price was of she explained with a right manner that Mrs Customer the description of the item you selected does not match the tag I would have said its fine I will pay for it even if it is double the price.... she is very unprofessional and she is rude she does not deserve to be called a Senior.
