Worst service . overworked staff

2017.10.02 Monday. 10:35 Dube Soweto shopright This is the worst service ever I had to spend 30min waiting to pay for 3 items I bought .what makes me furious is that only 5 tills were open one of those still intended for elders , people just got paid so shotright should expect a high volume of people sadly only 5 stills were functional leaving other 5 tills undertanded , i requested to speak to the manager "Mr nkosi who was called but never pitched .I'm a proud customer of shotright but the service you give is disappointing.a lot of customers left due to the poor service ...pick hours are busy but if this you get for shopping in the morningI dont understand why must we get poor service when we are paying customers...few ladies working at the tills were overworked ...please look in to this and get back to me
