Worst Service On Earth

<p>Shoprite USAVE, Scheiding Street, Pretoria (Store). This store has the worst service in the Universe. The Tellers are rude and unhelpful, ontop of that they don't respect their jobs. It seems like they are doing customers a favour by servicing them, wherelse we are actually paying for their salaries by buying from there. You can't tell customers you are closing the till whilst the customers are standing right infront of you, then you tell them to join another que from the back just because you feel that they have plenty of groceries in their trollies. Or tell them you don't accept card payments but there are no signs indicating so. If the speed point is out of order have a standby speed point in place. Or ask another teller to take the sale for you, instead of telling the client to go back and join another que from the back. That's unacceptable. Management is useless cause they don't say anything when you raise your concern instead they talk amongst themselves and avoid you. There's a Pick n Pay just few meters away from there and it has now become a favourite shopping store for many since the service is excellent. I feel sorry for who ever owns this particular Usave. Your staff is robbing you of your profits because they are chasing all your customers away. And to Shoprite Franchise owners your name has been tarnished. This store doesn't deserve to be called Shoprite Usave but rather a ****a. </p>
