Worst Service from Shoprite Adderlley Street, Cape Town CBD

I am very dissapointed with the service I got from Shoprite Adderlley Street, Cape Town. Graham Thomas (Manager) was not helpful at all.

Last year November I bought a Hotplate SPR DBL Essential white in colour, When you have the stove for a long time it becomes difficult for you to remove the stains.

Last week the stove started giving me problems, Sometimes it's working and sometimes it's not. So I decided to go to the store for an exchange this morning, Graham Thomas (Manager) advised he wont be able to do a refund or an exchange because the stove is dirty and that falls under negligence. I advised that I cannot remove the stains and the plates were not affected by anything.

I was utterly disgusted in the manner he approach the whole scenario for a manager whose managing people. Whilst I was speaking with him he was busy on his phone. He told me to leave the store because he will not do an exchange.

I ended up leaving the store with no stove because the one I brought was giving me problems. I will never buy anything at Shoprite ever again!! I will comment on every social media posts from Shoprite advising people not to buy your electronics.
