WORST SERVICE EVER

I was Shoprite mall @emba and I have never seen exceptional service or expected good service but I’ve never been so mad in my life!!! I was there early Friday morning before 10am not much traffic went in and out when I got to the till (till #3) I was helped but a grumpy cashier ( nothing shocking for this Shoprite) she was the most unhelpful most infuriating human I’ve ever met not only was the till she was at small but she kept piling my items on top of each other and after I paid she handed me a bag and watched me while I struggled to pack the items I ended up having to put the bag ( the big red on ) on THE FLOOR AND PACK THE ITEMS WHILE SHE WATCHED ME WITH A SORE FACE what’s worse when I went to get a trolley so I could pack some of my items the WERE NON TO BE FOUND NON I ASKED THE SECURITY AND TWO LADIES( SHOPRITE WORKERS) FOR TROLLEY THEY JUST SHRUGGED SO I HAD TO CARRY 5kg Farmers chicken 2 x 2lt Sparletta drinks and a few fruits and veg all in the big dumb red plastic hoping it doesn’t tear and that I can manage with my my good hand ( I’m physically impaired left arm) I walked out struggling with HATE !!! HATE FOR THAT SHOPRITE STORE I HOPE I NEVER HAVE TO GO THERE AGAIN IM SO MAD AND BEYOND DISSAPOINTED AND DISGUSTED ALL THOSE CAMERAS AND EMPLOYEES FOR WHAT DAMN YOU SHOPRITE @emba mall never have I felt so sorry for myself that I didn’t have two arms to carry heavy stuff and felt so mad for spending money . I made it to my car but I’ll never ever forget the terrible service and laziness EVER.
