Worst service ever.

The service I got at Shoprite Ndofaya mall Meadowlands was the worst I had to wait in line to be assisted for more than 2 hours and after be given attitude by the cashier and be told to wait for another 1 hour just to buy a more ticket so I don't get the system or maybe this is the shoprite culture.
