Worst service ever

Today I went to Shoprite Naledi Mall in Vosloorus to withdraw money from their money market, the lady that was helping me was very helpful. The role started when she called for authorisation, no one wants to authorise, there were about 6 people who could authorise but they were all too busy to do it, especially Thami, Betty and Nomsa just said No they won't do it. I stood there for 30 minutes waiting for authorisation. I'm very disappointed with the poor service and the attitude I got from the store. Please fix this very fast.
