Worst service ever!!!

<p>I have been a regular shopper at the Shoprite in Dube, Soweto and the service has been appalling. There is no till designated for the elderly and the express till is there by name only. After standing in a long queue to play the lotto, the staff at the money market told me that the Ithuba machine was off line. They could have easily put up a sign informing their customers that the lotto machine was offline but I was ignored when I made that suggestion.This has happened to me on quite a number of occasions. Sometimes I get the impression that they don't want to serve the lotto customers hence they use the excuse that the machine is offline. In other stores, they will allow you to pay at the cigarrette counter if you have a few items but not this store. This Shoprite has turned out to be a nuisance instead of a place for convenience shopping.</p>
