WORST SERVICE EVER

I am very disgusted with the Service at Shoprite in Rondebult just near Germiston in Johannesburg, I relocated from Cape Town last year to be with my husband and we reside in Rondebult and I noticed my husband even if it's late he prefers to do groceries at Pick n pay a bit far from home and I asked him why and he said he hates the Service at Shoprite in Rondebult and let me tell you I've been there 3 times but today I decided to do something about it, we were helped by a lady called Madonsela in the slip it says Madonsela , she wasn't even looking at us talking to a lady in another cashier machine next to her and she didn't ask us for bags and the worst part nonkne packed our groceries , my husband packed it himself while he was busy she was already serving someone else meaning that his groceries are mixed with ours and she couldn't care less they were just chatting away and my husband said , do you see what I mean it seems as if they just being rude on purpose and I'll never go to ghat Shoprite again even though themprices are reasonable the service is ****...
