Worst service

Shoperite jewel city is the worst, the service and disregard that they have at the money market all the way to management is shocking, how do you give service while speaking to your colleagues and laughing while your customers wait on you? A lady named Felicia is part of the mockery of service, how are four people sitting and chatting at the money market counter but only 2 till are open? I am disappointed with the service I got, unemployment is at an all time high, and people treat their jobs like a favour, or volunteering it’s pathetic, what a disservice to such a big brand, Shoprite is supposed to be a household name, but it’s looking like a corner store with the level of service, also this is not the first time, pity!
