Worst service!!!!

I just moved to Kempton Park and one day I drove through the CBC and decided to get few things from the Shoprite. To my surprise the staff is not helpful at all not like Checkers which is where I usually shop. I asked one lady where I can get baby food and she blatantly passed me and said I should ask someone else( she was saying this as she was walking away) I finally get what I was looking for and the cashier doesn’t pack my groceries, she looked annoyed that I was using my phone to pay. Then when I asked why they don’t pack groceries and she just gave a dirty look and continued scanning another customer’s groceries on top of mine. I looked around and noticed that all customers where packing their groceries. Nobody didn’t have a problem with it except for me and it ****ed her off.

I packed my groceries and asked for the manager, she Apologised and explained that they supposed to pack groceries said it’ll never happen again.

I went back 2nd time and same treatment. I didn’t even bother to ask for the manager. All the customers were packing their groceries as per norm.

I’m not going back there ever.
