Worst service at Shoprite Protea Glen Mall

<p>We just received the worst service from the money market at Shoprite.</p> <p>When we got there we were directed to a till which had a lady named Dolly. When we got there we greeted her and she just stared at us with an attitude. We then told her that we came to do a withdrawal and she said she doesnt do that and asked who told us to come to her till.</p> <p>She then told us we should wait for another till to free up but she was at a till not doing anything.</p> <p>We had to wait for 25 minutes during that time 4 other ladies and a guy came into the tills and did not even bother to try and assist us.</p> <p>We then asked another lady at the till if there was anyone coming to help us and she rep**** "I just came in to this till so im not going to assist you because i found you waiting here".</p> <p>We were shockes as to the appauling service and attitude we received. <br />I asked the other lady who was sitting next to the till which we were directed to what was happenind and I told her we had been waiting for a long time and she said its not her problem and that the time we waited, we shouldnt complain. Eventually we were helped but the bad service will forvever be in our memory.</p> <p>I wish the staff at that money market would learn some manners and how to deal with customers.</p> <p>If I set foot again in that shop it will be too soon.</p>
