Worst service at Shoprite kwaNobuhle

I was at Shoprite KwaNobuhle in Uitenhage, their cashiers are not professional at all i had the worst service ever. While we were standing in a line for a long time don't really mind abt that because it was pension day. This cashier by the name Martha kept chatting with her kids who were standing there next to her to make matters worse her kids came with maas and cheese and they just went infront to her again and she helped them before helping me and i was tired grom work and been standing in a line that was not even that long but very slow. This is not the kind of service i get when im at Shoprite Uitenhage. Why are the cashiers kwanobuhle so rotten. They also help each other withdraw money while we waiting in the line. Worst service ever
