Worst service and Lack of Knowledge

Went to Shoprite Groblersdal on the 06 June 2025 to buy few things with a voucher i got from work and i couldn’t get assisted because the cashier didn’t know how to use it, gave me this bad attitude because of im using Wi code, she then called her manager to come and assist but sadly she also gave me the worst customer service and told me that your reference it’s not with attitude to show there is no willingness to help. Your staff really need customer service training even that lady wa manager she should do better.
