worst service and a very unhappy customer - staff bad ****** attitude

<p>On the 27th of June around 4:30 PM I went to shoprite checkers in amalinda, East London. I was at the till point standing in a long que buying medication. At the till there was a shopper in front of me, her bank card was not working, so she left the store to get to the ATM outside. The cashier known as Leonora Gogotcha did not explain to us as customers already standing in the queue as she was supposed to about what's the hold up. So I asked her what's going on because we standing there 10 mins already. The cashier suddenly snaps at me stating that I shouldn't point at her. I certainly didn't do such, then she said 'I don't know how long that lady is going to be ' also going on to say to me 'gone are those days when you people told us what to do '</p> <p>That is clearly being ****** I think. She then said that I can go to the manager. she then took my groceries and placed it in a trolley and told me she won't serve me. That cashier made me feel so small after shopping for 30 years at shoprite, she definitely needs to be sorted out. It's pathetic </p>
