Worst service

Shoprite new brighton has the worst customer service ever. The liquor shop to be particular is worse. Firstly u standin a long line only when get to the till to be told u just have the extra savings card and you cannot purchase without it. What I fail to understand is since when is a rewards card enforced. Then if u dont have one u may not buy literally get told hy the teller either go borrow it from the que or leave the shop with the manager right there also condoning this service. I wonder how many customers they lose a day because of a rewards card. The shop was filthy stinking and yet u must also endure such service.
