WORST SERVICE

<p>I gave my mother my bank card to make purchases at shoprite and I saw the money go out of my account but to my surprise they were telling my mother that the card is declining. I spoke to the manager to tell her the money went off whats worse is she is insisting that I draw a bank statement for them when I am telling her I dont leave in the vaal I am in midrand but still she insists on me drawing a statement, firstly who will pay for that statement secondly doesnt shoprite have their own statements. I am really dismayed by such a service. A total *******</p> <p>.</p>
