worst of the worst shoprite block xx

i wish to state my dissappointment in the service rendered at Shoprite Block XX which is not the only one giving a horrible service there, together with Capitec Bank and Mr Price, the service is shokingly horrible, i went there at the money market and had to wait a full 30 minutes with two tellers of which no one on the linecould see what they were busy with in those 30 minutes, we preceded to wait until i started saying out loud maybe we now need to ask for the service, one old granny who was also standing in the line preceded to approach one of the ladies which was then we started being attended to, but then the line stopped, i then asked the security what was going on and he stated that apparently they were changing shifts, then one rude Lady by the name of Violet, stated i have been calling since and involved my son in the conversation which i did not appreciate as she stated that she has been calling but the whole point was that they only started calling when we started complaining, she gave me such an attitude and wanted to argue with me when i asked when did she call the next person on the line as we had been waiting for over 30 minutes on the line, before this a lady by the name of Thabelo refused to assist rudely so and stating that she does not have money and only dealing with Lotto, i must say this is the worst service ever, to think there were elderly people on the line waiting to be assisted with some of us having back pains as i was coming from the Dr as well on that day and no one seemed to care, it is appalling that this comes from our fellow black people, it is as if we have to beg them for a services of which we are entitled to, highly disappointed as this is always the case at Block XX complex and something needs to be done
