WORST HORRIBLE SERVICE EVER

I went to Lotus Gardens plaza to withdraw cash at ABSA and unfortunately the Atm was not working and since I know one can also withdraw at shoprite I went there. While standing at the que... The lady paid with R250 and I could see she had cash. When it was my turn the lady said She dint have the money I wanted wich wa ls R700... Told her there's a lady who just paid now with R250.... She now tells me she only have 250 and thats what's she's going to drop... Now here a lady with her telling me that they not allowed to give the R20 rands and they tell me they only have 500rands they can give me... And where exactly did that now come from? And the cashier till named Gertrude... If they dropping the cash y can't she might aswell give me it.... Or do they get bonus with that money.... I was going to a suggery and I wanted cash and the Atm was not working.... And your consultants have a habbit of refusing with cash all the time... Plain ****. I did not even get my slip. Iam ****ed
