Worst Experience ever

<p>I had the worst customer experience today at shoprite golden walk in Germiston this morning. I was in the queue to withdraw money from the money market side and when I was called to be next to my surprise the lady informed me that they did not have change and couldn't give me my money, Up until i had to do her job for her and just ask for change of a R100 note from the till right next to her. I felt like I was begging her for my own money the poor service that I received was shocking and for a well known store to treat customers like that is unexceptable.</p>
