Worst experience

Shoprite East Lynne in Pretoria have the worst customer experience. On 2022/04/29 we did groceries I swiped and the card decline (due to their faulty machines) we had to pay cash and now we are struggling to get our money. On 2022/04/30 They said that it will take 1 to 2 hours then the money will reflect but from Saturday nothing has reflected. I've never been so disappointed in a company that is suppose to be for the people. Will never shop at Shoprite ever again. If I could give no stars I would. Just empty promises.
