Worst customer service Mogwase Shoprite

I had the worst experience at Mogwase Shoprite today. After waiting soooo long in the queue, the printer was not working. I asked if the packer can't accompany me to the door as proof that I have paid for everything. They said no. I had to wait till the printer is sorted. This is not acceptable and I am fuming as I type this.
